Perso avant de flasher le BIOS pour un problème comme ça, je verrais plutôt du côté de Windows.
Théoriquement, un BIOS ne peut être endommagé que suite à un flashage raté, en usage normal il devrait fonctionner correctement, et surtout, si ton BIOS était endommagé, ça serait surprenant de n'avoir que ce problème mineur comme conséquence.
