Slt j'ai compris pourquoi cela ne marchait pas....
comme je ne suis pas sous WINDOWS LIVE MAIL mais sous l'ancienne version Hotmail, dans l'option WEBMAIL HOTMAIL, il faut cocher la case (production) et non (beta)
voila si ca peut regler le probleme de certains...
a plus
