Opening images in mail by rightclicking image now works.
Several content blocker fixes.
Better visual feedback in UI for changes that depend on each other.
Temporary download directory used for opening files in external applications can now be modified in opera:config.

UNIX specific:
Now using operapluginwrapper to detect plug-ins.
Fixed several crashers related to multiple concurrent login dialogs.
Java now not doesn't grab all keyboard input.
