JChatIRC est pas mal, ptetre un peu lourd, m'enfin je le trouve agréable. gratuit, français, et dispo sous nux et win.

HydraIRC est un client IRC pour Windows qui fait le strict minimum.. par contre il n'est pas en français

Par contre n'essayer pas d'installer mIRC 6.17 avec NNScript, ça plante joliment ^^

Ou alors a utiliser avec NNScript 3.81 avec lequel il n'y a aucun problème apparent

Le nouveau NNS semble compatible avec mIRC 6.17 (malgré quelques chtis bugs chez moi ^^)
