Je n'ai pas MouseWare mais le logiciel fourni avec la souris, mais avec celui fourni, j'ai réussi à paramétrer le bouton 'Universal Scroll' comme bouton du milieu, merci
Mais en attendant je n'ai toujours pas le haut du menu pour ouvrir dans une nouvelle fenêtre par exemple ^^

En attendant que tu trouves la solution à ton problème, tu peux toujours utiliser la touche maj de ton clavier quand tu cliques sur un lien pour l'ouvrir dans une nouvelle fenêtre... (pour un nouvel onglet, c'est ctrl)
