Hmmm... si tu ne connais pas l'assembleur, commence par jeter un oeil chez le libraire du coin sinon ça risque de faire peur au début ...

Et sinon si c'est juste pour modifier quelques lignes de texte ou une image, bref des trucs simples qui ne touchent pas aux fonctions du programmes mais son apparence, je te conseille Resource Hacker qui est très simple à utiliser.
