Filezilla serveur et client

Nouvelle mise a jour de Fillezilla:
-Client version 2.2.12c Changelog:
- UTF-8 settings were not saved for reconnect button
- Disable UTF-8 on some really broken servers which refuse to send valid UTF
-8 strings even if explicitly requested

-Serveur version 0.9.6a Changelog:
- Sockets for admin interface or transfer connections could not be created on all systems
- Input box for the listen ports did not accept separator characters.
- reserved MSDOS device name did not work properly
