Tandis que la bêta 2 avait apporté la corrections de plus de 190 bugs, la bêta 3 se contente uniquement d'en corriger 83, mais améliore l'intégration des modules tiers dans le navigateur. Cependant, les développeurs ont jugé que l'intégration au niveau de Windows 7 n'était pas assez mûre et ont donc désactivé la fonctionnalité AeroPeek qui sera finalement intégré dans la prochaine mouture, Firefox 3.7.
