Le travail laborieux de l'unique développeur de NVu, Daniel Glazman vient de porter ses fruits.
Disponible aujourd'hui dans sa version 1.0, NVU est un éditeur HTML WYSIWYG alliant la simplicité d'une interface claire et accessible à la puissance de la plate-forme Mozilla.
Développé en Open-Source, cet éditeur se veut respectueux des standards ce qui en fait un outil de choix pour les webmasters exigant.

Même s'il reste en dessous des mastodontes du genre comme Dreamweaver ou Frontpage, l'étendue de ses fonctionnalités (gestion des FTP, édition multi-tab, éditeur CSS, barre d'outil personnalisable...) est néanmoins un modèle du genre.
