Probleme Mysql php (web local)

ouais mais ca a rien e voir en fait, la le probleme c'est que je veux l'installer sur ma machine

j'ai installer easyphp qui comprend : mysql, phpmyadmin et php.
Mais je n'arrive pas a installer vbulletin????
help
