c'est bon j'ai trouvé la solution sans les logiciels:
sous linux
je tape la commande:
pdf2ps fichier.pdf fichier.ps
apres je reconvertis vers pdf
ps2pdf fichier.ps fichier-1.pdf
et c'est tout, par contre la taille augmente!!!!!!!!

Essaie ps2pdf13 pour voir si ça influence la taille du fichier.
