Il y a en effet un patch pour Windows XP (SP1 ?) pour prendre en compte les DD de plus de 160 Go, je crois qu c'est ça :

enfin, c'est ce que Medion a mis dans le répertoire 'Drivers' du DD sous le dossier '160 GB Patch'
