J'ai trouvé ! Utilise le logiciel Recastor d'Archisoft : il convertit les pdf en html exploitable. Je viens d'essayer avec ton fichier, le logiciel est passé outre la protection

Pour télécharger ce fabuleux logiciel, c'est en version d'évaluation ici. L'évaluation est limitée à un mois d'utilisation, donc, tu as du temps pour convertir ton pdf

Lorsque tu t'apprêteras à convertir, va dans les options et choisis "une seule page html", puis convertis.
