Premier problème : vas dans les options Internet, onglet Général > Paramètres, et vérifie si l'option "Jamais" n'a pas été sélectionnée.

Deuxième problème : fait le ménage sur ton PC avec un anti-spy, comme par exemple SpyBot

Troisième problème : relis toi, ton message est bourré de fautes ...
