Pour de l'hébergement de qualité et bon marché moi je te propose apinc.org, mais il faut que ton site ne soit pas à but commercial et te faire accepter dans la "communauté", ce qui ne pose pas de problème... Et un service comme ça pour 20€/année, franchement, y a pas mieux...

Sinon ben y a infomaniak, avec des tarifs tout à fait louables pour un hébergement pro de chez pro.
