tu devrais mettre un $_GET['login'] et $_GET['password']

pour po trop changer ton code, tu peux tout simplement mettre en haut

$login = $_GET['login']
$password = $_GET['password']

le $_GET sert donc a prendre les variable de ton url ! Si ta methode de ton formulaire est en POST alors tu met $_POST !!

essaye une fois comme ca ..
