Je crois pas que ça existe (en tout cas rien ne me vt à l'esprit là).
Par contre, tu peux faire un ghost de ta partition que tu pourras restaurer en cas de prob. Seulement, il faut pouvoir stocker le ghot; soit sur un ou des CD selon la taille de ton D: ou sur une autre partition.
