Fix bug that temp files got moved to the recycle bin instead of being deleted

Fix so smarter about automatically adding the right file type if you leave it off the file name, like "getright 5.2"

Fix bug when adding files from the GetRight Browser

Fix bug that could sometimes cause problems when using a HTTP proxy for FTP downloads
