Salut,
je ne suis plus sous XP, mais il me semble qu'effectivement, il faut rajouer %1 qui correspond en fait à l'adresse du fichier : en gros sur ta capture d'écran, celle de droite, "Application utilisée etc.", juste après le mot msimn.exe", rajoute "%1", ce qui donnerait
"C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe" "%1"
avec les guillemets bien sûr
