*Problème* MS-DOS

Salut, quand j'essaye d'ouvrir le fichier edit.com avec cmd sous windows ça marche.
Mais quand je viens pour l'ouvrir sous la console de recuperation de windows ça ne marche pas. Pourquoi ?
