BootSkin est un petit programme de Stardock, permettant gratuitement de changer facilement et sans risque l'écran de démarrage de Windows 2000/XP/2006, sans changer le fichier NTOSKRNL.exe.

Les nouveautés apportées par cette version ne sont pas connues, tout juste sait-on :
