Comme je ne sais pas s'ils ont formaté le disque puis réinstallé ou simplement écrasé l'OS existant :

1- As-tu essayé de faire un live-update pour voir s'il y a un correctif quelconque ?

2- As tu réinstaller tous tes pilotes depuis l'installation fraiche de toshiba ? (utile en cas de sur-installation et non pas installation pur et dur)
