j'ai mis Mozilla Thunderbird mais c plutôt le client mail intégré à Mozilla.

Bargio -> pour improté les message d'OE dans mozilla c tout simple, tools -> import et puis tu suis les instructions, idem pour le carnet d'adresse.
je l'ai fait et j'ai tout récupéré sans problème.
