Skype 2.5 vient d'être finalisé. Cette nouvelle version du célèbre logiciel de messagerie qui gère la voix sur IP et la vidéo-conférence apporte plusieurs nouveautés. Skype permet la création de salons de conférence pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 100 participants (en audio), permet aussi d'envoyer des SMS et prend directement en charge les contacts Outlook. Pour les utilisateurs du service SkypeOut, l'appel vers les téléphones fixes est facilité et l'achat de crédits est désormais possible via Paypal.
