Birarre, Bizarre

Bonjour,

Voulant changer mon fond d’écran, je clique droit sur le bureau, propriétés et bureau.

Là, surprise, tout est bloqué, sauf la couleur.

C’est un détail, mais qui m’énerve.

Comment faire pour retrouver les possibilités habituelles ?
