Bonjour, comme à chaque fois que j'ai un gros problème je reviens vous voir et vous en remercie par avance.
Sur windows seven depuis quelques jours mon explorateur seven fait des siennes.le reste fonctionne bien jusqu'à ce que j'aille sur celui-ci. Au départ in fonctionne bien, puis spécialement quand je suis sur un disque externe chargé de films, la barre verte de l'explorateur en haut ne se charge pas bien, en tout cas jusqu'au bout, si je poursuis et demande un déplacement, alors une lenteur extrème s'installe. je ferme le tout avec Ctrl alt supp, et après quelques minutes, je redémarre exploreur. le message "l'appel de procédure distante ne répond pas" s'affiche. Puis en attendant un peu cela revient.
Le disque externe est il trop plein?
Virus?
J'ai redémarré à base d'une ancienne sauvegarde deux fois, passé avast de façon précise, ccleaner, search and destroy...

ça ne te le fait que sur les dossiers où il y a des films ? Si oui, c'est probablement qu'il essaye de récupérer des informations (durée, résolution, etc.) et tu as peut-être une extension qui ralentit la récupération des données (extension style DivX ou MediaInfo)

Tout d'abord merci de ta réponse.
Apparemment ce ralentissement sans se produit en ouvrant la zone par défaut de téléchargement où il y a des films et d'autres discs ou zones où il y a effectivement des films.
Je mets à toutes fins utiles un rapport Hijack.
Comment procéder si ce sont ces extensions (je ne sais pas si elles sont présentes d'ailleurs)?
