Known bugs and how to fix them
==================================================================
1. Quarantine: when you attempt to exit the program while sending a file for investigation, the program may crash.
2. The Bat! plugin: UUENCODE-format attachments are not treated correctly.
3. Proactive Defense: CPU load periodically jumps to 99% when Application Integrity Control is enabled.
4. You may encounter problems if you have Remote Desktop installed.
5. Web Anti-Virus: you must restart Microsoft Internet Explorer for the “Block dangerous scripts in Microsoft Internet Explorer” setting to apply.
6. If you are running a 64-bit version of Microsoft Windows, in some cases an automatic action will be taken without a detection dialog box popping up.
7. In some cases, Help may freeze when you search for certain keywords.
8. Some configurations require pausing Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 to start Process Explorer.
9. If a file name contains an ampersand (&), it will display in program windows with the letter following the character replaced by an underscore.
10. The program may crash when you attempt to close a window while sorting list items in that window

How to make sure the program is working properly
