VobSub subtitles can now be moved, like normal ones
some VobSub subtitles were not displayed, fixed
mp3 shoutcast fixes, some streams didn't work

Added 'always on top' option for control window
fixed problem with desktop mode when icons were hidden
pan scan was not remembered properly, fixed
