J'ai un gros problème car quand je veux fermer windows 2000 et éteindre mon ordinateur cela bloque à cause d'explorer.exe et parfois sysfader.exe.
J'ai tout essayé,j'ai réinstallé windows,fait toutes les réparations avec norton utilities et essayé un anti-trojan mais cela ne change rien.
