bon voici ma version, il y a très probablement des fautes, mais cela ressemble beaucoup plus à des tournures anglaises, et non a une traduction a la Systran (par exemple)

The sounds, extracted from audio files (MP3, WMA) would be dangerous... The operation which consists
to filter would be at the origine of the problem. By limiting the frequences you can hear, you increase the risks, and your ears would be less sensitive to sounds !
