VLC 0.8.5 - Communauté Informatique NDFR.net

Ça y est, le lecteur multimédia OpenSource et multiplateforme vient de sortir dans une nouvelle version, la 0.8.5.
VLC permet de regarder fichiers vidéos (naturellement les plus connus comme le DivX ou XviD en font partie tout comme les fichiers QuickTime), flux (streaming) en tous genres, fichiers musicaux (MP3, OGG, RealAudio etc..) sans avoir besoin de décodeurs supplémentaires installés, mais aussi de faire serveur de streaming en IPv4 ou IPv6 (suivant votre connectique naturellement... ;) )
