Formatman du forum (encore lui) nous informe de quelques nouveautés concernant la ferme de Bill Gates.

Tout d'abord, une petite mise à jour critique pour MCE 2004.

Suspend/Resume:

Teletext:
Reveal Text will remain onscreen until it is turned off.

TV Playback:
You can now stop VCD playback without stopping any TV recording that is running in the background.

Software installations are now not delayed when you record a TV program in the background at the same time.

A propos, est-il possible d'installer Media Center Edition sur un PC standard agrémenté disons d'une carte TV et d'une télécommande ATI Remote ? Peut-on faire son propre Media Center avec du matos validé ou est-ce que seuls les machines spécialisées de chez HP et consors peuvent faire tourner MSCE à son plein potentiel (programme TV, vidéo, ...) ?

Normalement ça fonctionnera enfin peut-être pas tout mais une bonne partie car comme tu le dis il y a une liste de matos prédéfinis à avoir.

Mais la liste du matos "validé" est disponible quelque part ou est-ce que les constructeurs ont l'exclusivité ? Est-ce que, comme la validation "Ready for Windows XP" il existe une validation "Ready for MSCE" pour le matériel ?
