K-Lite Codec Pack, Mega Codec Pack, QT/Real Alternative
K-Lite Codec Pack 2.25 contient un pack de codecs "basics", en voici les nouveautés :
  • Updated Media Player Classic to version 6.4.8.1
  • Updated On2 VP6 to version 6.2.0.10
  • Updated Cyberlink DVD decoder to version 5.00.1130
  • Updated XviD [Enecoding] to 2004-02-29
  • Updated XviD [Decoding] to 2004-02-29
  • Updated Divx 5.1.1 [Decoding]
  • Updated Morgan Multimedia Stream Switcher to version 0.9.9
  • Updated DirectVobSub (vsfilter) to version 2.33
  • Updated Matroska splitter to version 1.0.2.3
  • Added extra combinations of MPEG-2 demuxers & decoders
  • Added support for rarred subtitles
  • Added GDivX Zenith version 1.0
  • Media Player Classic settings are now stored in an .ini file
  • Removed compression option
  • Runs vidccleaner
  • Minor fixes
QuickTime Alternative 1.32 vous permet de lire les fichiers QuickTime sans QuickTime Player (avec Media Player Classic, BSPlayer, etc.), en voici les nouveautés :
  • Updated Media Player Classic to version 6.4.8.1
  • Media Player Classic settings are now stored in an .ini file
  • Improved browser plugin
Real Alternative 1.22 permet quant à lui de lire les fichiers au format RelMedia avec tout autre lecteur que le nouveau RealPlayer 10, en voici les nouveautés :
  • Updated Media Player Classic to version 6.4.8.1
  • Updated RealMedia components to version 6.0.12.857
  • Media Player Classic settings are now stored in an .ini file
  • Various RealMedia playback fixes
  • Improved browser plugin
  • Removed compression option

- Updated ffdshow to build 2005-08-03
- Added On2 VP7 [version 7.0.8.0]
- Updated RealMedia components to version 6.0.12.1235
- Added AC3filter 1.01aRC5 (in addition to the already included 0.70b)
- Updated Vorbis DirectShow decoder (CoreVorbis) to version 1.1
- Updated MP4 DirectShow splitter (made by Haali) to build 2005-08-02
- Updated Matroska DirectShow splitter (made by Haali) to build 2005-08-02
- Updated Ogg Vorbis DLLs to version 1.1.1
- Added VSFilter 2.36 (in addition to the already included 2.33)
- Updated GraphEdit to build 041201
- Tweaked various default settings

Bah DiVX 6 se décode avec ffdshow, nan ? sauf peut-être lesmenus, ça je sais pas...
Quant à quicktime, ils attendent surement la version finale

Version 1.60 Beta 3:

- QuickTime plugin for Opera/Mozilla/Netscape
- Extra plugins for QuickTime

QT7 n'est plus suporté par Win9x
