La 8eme mouture du navigateur internet Opera est désormais disponible.
Pour rappel, Opera est un navigateur internet au même titre que Firefox ou Internet Explorer et qui possède des fonctionnalités intéressantes.

Cette nouvelle version n'est pour le moment pas disponible en français mais cela ne devrait tarder. A savoir qu'actuellement, seule la version beta est disponible pour les possesseurs de Mac.


Principales Nouveautés de Opera 8
 
* Vitesse : Opera est considéré comme le navigateur le plus rapide sur le marché car il permet l'affichage des pages aussi vite que possible.
* Securité : afin de minimiser les risques de fraude en ligne, de phishing, le navigateur indique à l'utilisateur le niveau de sécurité du site sécurisé visité (compris entre 1 et 3).
* Simplicité : la plupart des plug-ins nécessaires au surf sont inclus et la navigation peut s'effectuer par onglets.
* L'extended Rendering Architecture (ERA) qui permet d'avoir un ajustement automatique de l'affichage du contenu d'une page web, évitant ainsi d'avoir les "ascenseurs" sur le côté pour faire défiler.
* Intégration de la reconnaissance vocale (pour pouvoir surfer) ainsi que la synthèse vocale (pour lire le contenu des documents)
* Support natif du Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) langage XML permettant le développement de contenu multimédia interactif.

    Aujourd'hui est le jour de l'annonce de la sortie officielle d'Opera 8.01 (même si elle est sortie quelques jours auparavant...)
